Ermias (Jeremiah) Hailemariam, EA, MSPM

Mr. Jeremiah (Ermias) is an enrolled agent with multiple years of experience. He has spent over 11 years in private sector with compliance and financial responsibilities. More recently, he has served as a Master Tax Advisor at H&R Block Premium Office (now Block Advisors). Prior to that, he has served in the U.S. Army as Finance Specialist dealing with soldiers pay. Ermias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University Kelly School of Business, and a Master of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.

A detail oriented, diligent, friendly problem solver, he brings a wealth of experience and problem solving ability to our clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University.

We have over 30 years of combined experience to help our clients with multitudes of complex challenges cost effectively.

Our name, pronounced “So-Ez” or “So Easy”, embodies the essence of our goal to make our clients life simple. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility, and greater value, thus our clients focus on what matters most – running the business.

The name SoEz also represents our two beautiful kids – Sophia and Ezra. The name Sophia means “Wisdom” and Ezra means “Help / Helper”. This exacts our goal, to bring wisdom into our daily interactions and help our clients with an outstanding customer service.
